Founded by Ken in 2002, B-Roll Films brings together expertise in photography, music, and software to create innovative digital filmmaking projects. Ken holds a degree in Imaging Science from RIT, co-founded and sold a software company (QSI), and managed a Boston-area TV station (Lynn Community Access TV) for four years. Over the years, B-Roll Films has produced acclaimed short and feature-length films recognized at both local and international film festivals. The team has also developed a wide range of local TV programs, including the award-winning series Art 617. Additionally, B-Roll Films was behind the SOWA IndieFest Film Festival in Boston’s South End. Today, the company is dedicated to delivering creative and professional film and video production services of all kinds, from initial concept through final post-production. Ken lives is Boston and Gloucester, MA.

Anthony Siarkiewicz is a multidisciplinary filmmaker, motion graphics artist, and AI strategist with over 20 years of experience in film, television, and digital media. Since joining B-Roll Films in 2006, Anthony has played a key role across all aspects of production, with a primary focus on motion graphics and visual innovation. His professional journey spans major projects for studios like Twentieth Century Fox and Disney, as well as collaborations with leading artists such as Simone Stoll, resulting in acclaimed experimental films and international festival premieres.
Driven by a passion for creative technology, Anthony merges expertise in animation, VFX, and post-production with cutting-edge AI and data tools to deliver impactful visual storytelling. He is recognized for his ability to bridge art and technology, developing AI-powered workflows and pioneering new approaches in content creation. Production Manager / Cinematographer
Joan is an award-winning photographer and spent many years working in Hong Kong, and has since been working in Film, T,V and Photography in the Boston and Gloucester, MA area. As well as being an excellent cinematographer, she leads our production management with great attention to detail and care. Joan studied at Pratt Institute, New York; Richmond College, London and at the University of Massachusetts and Massachusetts College of Art.
Editor / Cinematographer
Michael lives in Arlington MA and is a passionate filmmaker and video editor with over a decade of experience working across the full spectrum of production and post production. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Sony Vegas, and other editing platforms, he brings a creative eye and technical precision to every project. Michael’s background includes extensive hands-on work with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, as well as live shooting, tutoring, and guiding others through the filmmaking process. Whether behind the camera or in the edit suite, he always strives to craft compelling visual stories and capture beautiful imagery that engages and inspires.
Film Maker / Drone Specialist
Keith Palazzola is a life-long resident of Gloucester, Massachusetts. He “cut his teeth” as an ethnographic videographer, and has been working with sUAS (drones) commercially since 2012 as a demonstration pilot, FPV Racing Team Manager, and aerial videographer. He has a background in photography dating back to 1988 and has enjoyed capturing photos with “the camera on-hand” ever since he first dug out his mother’s Konica film camera. He is credited for photography in the ethnographic film, “No Pretty Prayer”, contributed to the International Documentary Challenge with a film entitled “Straight Dope”, and Co-produced, directed and filmed the twenty-two minute film “Maritime Capsules”. He holds a Masters degree in Education, enjoys working with people, and spending time with friends and family.
