Protesters gathered in Boston in 2018 for March For Our Lives, a student-led demonstration against gun violence. This march was among hundreds of demonstrations held across the U.S. in the wake the school shooting in Parkland, Florida that killed 17 people. Today it has just gotten worse. There is a great line in this piece: “The NRA is a terrorist organization,” and though clearly very strong, we must consider that our gun laws and the proliferation of guns is causing terror and death at an outrageous rate and if we are not supporting a solution that actually works, we are supporting terror!

This piece was created by Ken Kinna of B-Roll Films with help from Paulo Teixeira and Jonathan Schwartz. It was produced by Mary Ann Hawley and features Boston officials, including Michelle Wu, who later became Mayor. It mostly features Americans fed up with the lack of action!
